Mom, Michaela, Averie and I went to the Cheesecake Factory tonight for girls night. Averie tasted lemon for the first time and it was Michaela's idea. :)

 

Confession

I am one of those moms who take a million pictures of their child. She is just so stinkin cute! Sometimes a million isn't enough! Here are some pictures of Averie.

 

She was watching tv while she is sucking her thumb and playing with the bouncer.

 

Averie LOVES to crawl on Diesel. Diesel is pretty good with her most of them. Sometimes she grab him little too hard.

 

Averie was interesting in Diesel's toy. Diesel didn't appreciate Averie going after his toy. When she touch it, Diesel will pull the toy away and move to a different spot. Averie followed him and try it again. It was funny to watch them.

 Diesel is so good with Averie. He may be a giant compare to Averie but he is so gentle with her. Diesel can't give Averie enough kisses. I always have to tell him to stop.

 

Averie already attemped the stairs on her second day of crawling! She didn't success past the first step which I am fine with it! The house we will be living in Oregon doesn't have stairs so I am good with that.

Averie's world got bigger and better when she finally figured out how to crawl and is now exploring everything including the elliptical. She won't give up going to the elliptical. I have to remove her or block her from the elliptical several times a day.

 

Averie found the door stopper and plays with it.

 

Averie's personality is coming out which I love it! She can't stand the tower of toys standing there, she knock it down every chance she gets.

 

I found Averie standing in her crib after she refused to take a nap. It is time to lower the crib!

Here is the video of Averie crawling! I can't believe my baby is already crawling. She is growing up too fast for me!

 

 

P.S.  I LOVE Cadbury Caramel Egg! I look forward to it every Easter! Thank goodness it only come out during Easter time or I would be 300 pounds eating one every single day! Every time I go to the store, I buy myself some caramel eggs. They just call my name..Kellie! Come and get me, I will make sure they taste so good in your mouth! They had a sale on it, buy two and get one free. I of course thought that is a great idea and got 6 of them. I tried to limit myself only have one a day so it would last me the whole week. :)

She is also gettting real close crawling forward. She has no problem crawling backward but forward is little tricky for her. She is growing up so fast!

Hello World!

Yesterday was my first official day/week of being a stay at home mom with Averie. It was nice and quiet. Averie is teething. She has two teeth coming in. She had her up and down moments which wasn’t so fun. The teething tablets really help a lot! She is cuddly when she doesn't feel good. As some of you guys know, she isn't the cuddly baby. She will cuddle for two second but three seconds is too long! She likes to see everything and be a part of it.

I quit my job last week after my hubby found out he got a job promotion in Oregon. He found out about it on February 20th and started the job today. It was a very short notice (a week and half). I couldn't give my work a "proper" two weeks notice. I gave them a three days notice. I felt bad but I am glad I did that because we had so much to do before Josh left for Oregon. Josh tried to get as much done before he left because he didn't want to leave everything for me to do which is very sweet of him. I am still in Utah for few more weeks while hubby finds a place for us to live and me finishing up the house.

I am starting a blog to keep my family and friends updated while we are on a new adventure of our life. I am a newbie at blogging, if you have any suggestions or ideas-feel free to pass them along to me. I would appreciate it. I probably will have some blonde moments. :) I hope you guys will like it and enjoy reading our adventure!
